Our primary focus is delivering the freshest and highest quality fish products to our customers, through responsible and sustainable fishing practices. We employ two methods: purse seine and handline. With purse seine, we use large nets to encircle fish schools, ensuring an efficient catch while maintaining a cold chain on board. In handline fishing, we use a single line with a hook, targeting specific fish species and minimizing bycatch. Throughout both processes, we rigorously maintain cold chain systems to preserve the freshness of our catch.
